Public Offer Agreement (Terms of Service)
This document constitutes a public offer by Veronika Basova (hereinafter referred to as “the Photographer”) and sets out the terms and conditions for providing photography and videography services through the website ronibasova.com.
By booking a session, contacting the Photographer, or using the website services, the Client agrees to the terms of this Offer.

1. Services
The Photographer provides professional photography and videography services, including but not limited to personal sessions, couples sessions, brand content creation, and cinematic visual storytelling.
The scope, format, duration, and deliverables of each session are agreed individually with the Client.

2. Booking & Payment
• A prepayment is required to secure the booking date.
• The prepayment amount is deducted from the total session cost.
• Full payment is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The prepayment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Rescheduling is possible once if requested at least 3 days in advance.

3. Artistic Style & Editing
By booking a session, the Client agrees to the Photographer’s artistic vision, editing style, and color grading approach.
Unedited (RAW) files are not provided.

4. Delivery
Final edited materials are delivered digitally within the сроки agreed for the selected package or service.
The delivery format and method are determined by the Photographer.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights
All images and videos remain the intellectual property of the Photographer.
The Client receives personal usage rights for non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.

6. Liability
The Photographer is not responsible for circumstances beyond control, including weather conditions, third-party interference, or force majeure events.

7. Final Provisions
This offer is governed by the applicable laws of the Photographer’s country of operation.
The Photographer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
